Why we think so

You already have lots of playtime with British/colonial and industrial paths (British India, reforms, industry and military achievements), so conquering Sind & Punjab as the British India Company, then tackling Affirmative Action under the caste system (lets you continue an Indian-focused campaign with political/legal mechanics) and finally working toward heavy industrial military production (Finland tank output) keep the focus on build-up and production targets that are realistic next steps given your unlocked tech/economic achievements.
